The task

The operational process ran on people alone: incoming tasks, finding performers, sending messages, confirmations — all by hand, including nights and weekends. As the product grew, manual coordination became the bottleneck. We built a SaaS service around a single outcome: automatic processing and coordination of a complex repetitive process. Into the product went: entry via a short task description, generation of the structure and a draft, adjustable depth of the result, in-service editing, export, and a payment model. iNCRYPTO — an automated crypto exchanger aggregating two exchanges, from zero to MVP in 5 weeks

The task

Build a fully automated crypto exchanger with no operator involved in the exchange process. Aggregate liquidity from two exchanges (Bybit + Binance) with best-price routing. Frictionless onboarding — no forced registration, with optional authorization via Telegram. In parallel — a Telegram Mini App with seamless authorization, legal pages, and neobank-grade UX instead of the typical crypto-exchanger look.

What we did

We designed and launched the full SaaS platform in 5 weeks. Broker API sub-accounts — a pool of preallocated addresses for instant deposit-address generation with zero delay. A WebSocket rate engine: ticker streaming from both exchanges through Redis, best-price routing on every order. Dual authorization: Telegram Login Widget + HMAC-SHA256 initData for the Mini App, JWT access/refresh. A 3-level referral system (5% / 3% / 1%). An admin panel with analytics, pair management, and balance monitoring. The Plata Silver design system with an animated gradient header and glassmorphism cards.
